I’m Suriva Fischer, an experienced Myrtle Beach Realtor® with Carolina One Real Estate. After a successful 12-year real estate career in Nashville, Tennessee, where I was a top-producing Realtor®, I relocated to Myrtle Beach in March 2025 and brought my experience, energy and client-first approach with me.
Because I’ve made the move myself, I understand that buying or selling a home is about so much more than real estate. It’s about your lifestyle, your finances and what you want your next chapter to look like.
As a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES®), I have a special passion for helping people who are relocating, retiring or downsizing. I work with buyers and sellers throughout Myrtle Beach and the Grand Strand, including those exploring 55+ communities in Myrtle Beach.
