The Sullivan Marsh Team is a dedicated and experienced real estate duo, committed to helping clients navigate the Charleston market with expertise, integrity, and a personal touch. Kylene was born and raised in Manchester, New Hampshire, but her connection to Charleston, South Carolina, runs deep. Both her grandmother and mother were born in Charleston, giving Kylene a strong familial bond to the Lowcountry. As a child, she cherished family vacations to the area and knew she would one day make Charleston her home.
In 1998, Kylene attended the College of Charleston and graduated four years later with a degree in Business Administration. Having been bit by the real estate bug at an early age, Kylene knew real estate was an industry she wanted to pursue. She started her real estate career in 2005 working for a mulit-million dollar company as an on site agent. Selling new construction made her proficient in identifying the many variables involved in the production of a well built home.
In 2009, Kylene ventured out into general brokerage and is now part of one of the top real estate teams in Charleston. Kylene loves what she does and she wouldn't change it for the world. When she helps a family find the perfect home for them to build new memories and traditions, she believes that feeling is second to none.
Today, Kylene is proud to call Mt. Pleasant home, where she lives with her husband and their chihuahua, Vandy. In her spare time she enjoys traveling, staying active and spending time with family and friends.
