For Cristina Iglesias, Charleston has always been more than a place on the map — it has been a part of her story for as long as she can remember.
Although Cristina grew up in Florida, her connection to the Lowcountry began generations of family memories ago. In the 1970s, her father was stationed in Charleston while serving in the United States Navy, and the city became an important part of her family’s history. Her siblings were born here, and her family has maintained a vacation home in Charleston throughout her life. What began as a family connection grew into a deep appreciation for the area’s history, coastal beauty, distinctive neighborhoods, and way of life. Eventually, Cristina made Charleston home herself!
Today, as a real estate professional with Carolina One Real Estate, Cristina brings a unique perspective to helping clients navigate the Charleston market. Having experienced the area both as someone with longstanding family ties and as someone who relocated from Florida, she understands the excitement of discovering a new place while appreciating the details that make a community feel like home.
