Hello!
My name is Daniel Ware with the Ware Team - We are a family-driven real estate partnership I’m proud to run alongside my mom Kathy Ware. Having grown up here, I’ve developed a deep connection to the Lowcountry and a strong understanding of Charleston’s neighborhoods, waterways, and the lifestyle that makes this area so unique. Real estate, for me, is about more than just transactions—it’s about helping people find their place in a community I’ve been fortunate to call home my entire life.
Working as a mother-son team allows us to offer a level of service that’s both personal and highly attentive. We combine experience, local knowledge, and a hands-on approach to guide our clients through every step of the buying and selling process. Whether it’s helping a first-time buyer navigate the market or positioning a home to stand out and sell, we focus on clear communication, strong relationships, and delivering results.
Outside of real estate, I’m an active waterman and local business owner, and much of my life revolves around the water. From early mornings to late afternoons, I’m often out experiencing the same coastal lifestyle that draws so many people to Charleston. That perspective carries directly into my work—I don’t just sell the Lowcountry lifestyle, I live it every day.
Being both a business owner and deeply involved in the local community has given me a strong network and a practical, solutions-oriented mindset. I understand the importance of hard work, attention to detail, and showing up for clients when it matters most.
