Dennis Samuelson is an Associate Broker with Carolina One Real Estate. A native of the Pacific Northwest, he has been a long-time real estate investor purchasing his first property at the age of 20. Today, he brings his proven track record of exceptional business practices and client service to his clients with more than 23 years of experience in the greater Charleston SC real estate market.Dennis has a background as a corporate executive in the field of telecommunications and information technology. He is married to Ginger, who in addition to being his partner in life for 44 years, is also his partner in their real estate business. They have two adult children; Greig and Erin, along with two beautiful granddaughters.Prior to joining Carolina One, Dennis & Ginger were owners of two real estate brokerage companies located on Isle of Palms. They were partners in Ron Davis Realtors LLC beginning in 1999 and later opened Carolina Coastal Properties LLC in 2004. In addition to a successful real estate brokerage, they also owned and managed a vacation rental agency, whose team managed 50+ rental properties on the island. That company was sold in 2013 so that they could once again focus their full efforts on assisting buyers and sellers with their real estate needs following the economic recovery.Dennis is a recognized top-producer, ranked within the top 5 realtors with the highest number of sales transactions for Isle of Palms and Wild Dunes Resort over the past 25 years.
