Erin Frederick Shepard went to Bishop England HS and lived on Daniel Island before graduating with honors from NYU in French and living in NYC, Paris, London, LA, and Charlotte. She has had a successful indie film career as an actress, Sundance-supported screenwriter, and award nominated producer. After exploring her love for real estate, interior design, and renovations prepping a luxury, historic home for listing, she pursued real estate full time and is ecstatic to call Charleston home again - this time Downtown - with her Charleston native husband Tom (whom she met at BE), young children Nora & Freddy, and German Shepherd Val.
