Nia Joy Swinton-Jenkins is a licensed SC real estate agent with Carolina One Real Estate serving the Charleston & Columbia areas. Nia specializes in working with, those relocating to the area, sellers looking to upsize or downsize, Hometown Heroes on the Move: Military (current/former), Teachers, Police, Medical Professionals and Firefighters/First Responders. She and her family have served in the military and she enjoys helping those that give so much so that we can enjoy all that we have. Currently serving in the SC Army National Guard, she enjoys the outdoors, obstacle courses, traveling and going to events. Nia lives in the area with her husband (retired Army), their two children and a standard poodle.
