Sabrina Seeley discovered her passion for real estate at age 27 when she purchased her first home—then turned it into a successful rental property. She officially launched her real estate career in 2013, following five years as a Director of Admissions and four years as a Mortgage Loan Officer. These roles sharpened her listening and problem-solving skills, giving her clients a distinct edge in the buying and selling process.
A natural listener, Sabrina excels at helping clients articulate their goals, needs, and dreams. Her ability to simplify complex situations, combined with a sharp eye for property conditions and potential improvements, makes her a strategic guide throughout every transaction. Whether evaluating a home’s potential or helping buyers envision their future in a space, she balances creativity with practicality—always mindful of budget and long-term value.

Sabrina lives with her husband Don on Isle of Palms, SC. She enjoys reading, spending time at the beach with family, and playing with her two beloved dogs.
