20 years ago Timme and her family fell in love with Charleston and decided to make it their home. They could have lived anywhere but decided to raise their 3 children here and build roots in Mt Pleasant. Those kiddos are grown adults now and are thankful they made the choice to stay.
During different moves throughout the country — Pittsburgh, Phoenix, Washington DC, Los Angeles, Nashville, Tuscaloosa, Hartford, and Charleston she has meet many people and has had the pleasure of being part of many nonprofit organizations. Her oldest son has Autism and believes giving back to the community and advocating for individuals with special needs especially those without a voice is an honor and duty. Timme has a deep understanding and works well with families and individuals with special needs.
Timme works in both residential and commercial real estate allowing her to see the entire Charleston area sector as a whole and identify trends happening in the area. She works with clients across the Charleston area from Mt. Pleasant, Downtown, Goose Creek to Johns Island areas. Commercial real estate clients range from distilleries, therapy clinics to medical offices on both leases and building sale & purchase.
She brings the desire and expertise to help navigate, manage and anticipate outcomes and obstacles for each individual client being a defining asset to the Mendicino ● Scott ● Spanos team.
