Vanessa is a fourth-generation Charlestonian, born and raised in the lowcountry, with deep roots on Johns Island and now calling James Island home. A full-time, full-service REALTOR®, Vanessa has closed over $85 million in career sales across more than 285 transactions. Charleston isn’t just where she works — it’s home. She attended First Baptist Church School and the University of South Carolina. Before entering real estate, Vanessa spent seven years in banking, building a strong foundation in financial analysis, lending and strategic decision-making. That background gives her clients a clear edge when it comes to pricing, investment opportunities, and long-term value. She especially enjoys working with investors and clients who want to fully understand the numbers behind their decisions.
She has built her business on preparation, discretion and trust, and is known for her direct, transparent approach. Her clients value her ability to deliver clear guidance and honest perspective, ensuring every decision is made with confidence and clarity.
She’s also deeply connected to the Charleston community, serving through the Avondale 5K, the Junior League of Charleston and volunteering in James Island schools. Vanessa is an active member of the Charleston Top Producers Club and stays closely involved in the local market she serves. At home, Vanessa lives with her husband, Tim, their two young daughters, and their golden retriever. When she’s not working, you’ll likely find her at Folly Beach, outside with her family or enjoying live music around town.
